KangLaiTe USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Kanglaite Pharmaceutical Company in Hangzhou, China.

It is anticipated that in late 2011 or 2012, KangLaiTe USA will begin preparation for phase 3 and in association with that, may seek additional funding in the US.
